What is the return policy?
Well, with print-on-demand services, there are sometimes mistakes made in the printing process. We would be happy to resolve those issues with you and send you a replacement.
Please reference the size guide before you order. While we can not provide a refund for improper sizing, we can provide a discount on your next order if the size does not fit you.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All of them.
When will I get my order?
We are at the mercy of the print-on-demand service that we use (Slaite).
Once an order is placed, Slaite will fulfill the order by customizing the products within 5 business days. Once the order is fulfilled, the product(s) will be packaged and shipped. Shipping times are dependent on the recipient’s location. Typically, orders shipping to the U.S. and Canada will arrive in 1-5 business days. We do not ship outside of the U.S. and Canada.
Where are your products manufactured?
Slaite (Print-on-Demand Service) is in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. Items will be printed and shipped from Oakville. The raw material will be sourced worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
North American shipping is $9.95 for all orders. We do not shipping internationally.
UPS ground shipping is used for all shipments.
Will this stuff look good on me?
